Author Guide & Paper Submission
- Manuscripts must be prepared using the official IEEE conference paper template (A4, DOCX format) provided by the conference.
- The maximum length of the paper is 6 pages, including figures and references.
Additional pages are subject to an extra charge of USD 20 (IDR 300,000) per page. - Papers exceeding the standard page limit will only be accepted upon payment of the additional page charges.
- Submitted manuscripts must not contain page numbers, headers, or footers.
- Authors are required to submit their full paper through the EDAS submission system via the conference submission page.
- Only accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope, quality, and formatting requirements, and following a thorough peer-review process.
